Vendor Application

For applications received on or before March 1 - $200


For applications received after March 1 - $250


The only electricity available will be standard 110. There will be no 220 available. If you need electricity, you will need to provide a 300 ft, heavy duty, three-conductor grounded extension cord to reach outlets.

Will you need electricity? *

The committee will be selling water, beer and wine therefore no water or alcohol sales will be permitted. Vendors may sell pop or lemonade.

The Liberty Arts Squared committee accepts cash, check and credit cards as forms of payment. Please indicate below how you will be paying for your booth space. Payment should be made at time of application. Please contact Jonna Wensel at 816.439.4537 or jwensel@ci.liberty.mo.us with any questions.

PLEASE READ RULES, REGULATIONS & DEFINITIONS AND SIGN BEFORE RETURNING APPLICATION:


$100.00 deposit required by check in. Checks may be sent by mail prior to the event. Deposit is refundable at checkout when clean up is completed and approved by a festival committee person.


Food Permits are required from the Clay County Health Department, 800 Haines Drive, Liberty, MO 64068, (Phone: 816-595-4350). Your food permit must be displayed.


There is NO SMOKING in any food or tent booth. Open flames or smoking materials are not permitted. This policy is in accordance with the City Ordinance Sec. 22-66. Violation of this policy will result in being expelled from the festival immediately and not being permitted booth space in the future. Each vendor is responsible for trash from his booth. Please bring trash bags with you. A map with disposal locations will be provided.


Vendors needing electricity will need to provide a 300-ft, heavy-duty, three-conductor grounded extension cord to reach outlets. Power strips and small appliances are not allowed. Vendors who continuously throw their appointed breaker will be asked to disconnect all electrical plug-ins.


The Liberty Arts Squared committee is authorized and empowered to organize and manage the Liberty Arts Squared event and to promulgate and enforce rule and regulations for the conduct of the festival. Decisions made by the committee are non-negotiable. The committee reserves the rights to make changes to booth locations - no booth space is guaranteed. The Committee reserves the right to revoke a booth license at any time, not refund the fees and forfeit all future right of entry. The committee is not responsible for loss due to damage or theft.
